Key Responsibilities:
Analyze learner needs and performance gaps.
Design e-learning modules, manuals, and guides.
Develop engaging multimedia learning experiences.
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Implement instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloomโs).
Evaluate training effectiveness and learner engagement.
Update training content based on feedback.
